Can I fly within the US with an expired drivers license? - can i fly with an expired drivers license. 2010
I am a student who does not drive and the only reason why I do not (only for the purpose of) license, because I needed a passport photo for a test. I fly from New Jersey to Atlanta this summer. Am I obligated to renew for the first time? I'd rather not if it should be.

You can be an "alternative" identity, but in reality have a Gov't official number of valid credit cards and other identification acceptable identification Airlines, but also suffered a further check, the complete security. As an adult, you really need a state ID card.
Yes you can. You only need legal proof of who you are, expired or not. I have two driver's licenses and passports.
